<li>Cloves- 3 to 4.
<li>Black Peppercorns-1tbsp.
<li>Cinnamon- 1inch piece.
<li>Dhaniya powder- 2 tbsp.
<li>Jeera powder- 1 tbsp
<li>Dried ginger powder- 1 tbsp.
<li>Haldi powder-1/4 tbsp.
<li>Dried anardana-1 tbsp.
<li>Rock salt to taste.
<li>Ghee-3 tbsp.</font>

roman" size="8"><u><b>METHOD TO PREPARE IT </font>
</center></u></b><br>

color="purple">Boil chole till soft but not mushy.<br> You
may use pressure cooker.<br> Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and add
the whole spices. <br>Wait till they change color, then put in the powdered spices to avoid burning and add
salt. <br>Stir-fry for half a minute than add chhole, along with makhana
and chhuhara . <br>Mix well and add half a cup of hot water and sprinkle
anardana. <br> Simmer for about three minutes then stir in the clotted
cream slowly. <br>Top with munakka
and one cup of curd, stirring it
in very slowly to avoid curding if more gravy is required . <br>In this
case, the dish must be simmered for five to seven minutes to ensure that curd
is cooked.<br>Hence the SATVIK CHOLE is prepared.
